The Challenge:
This 41-person Government Affairs Team of a fortune 50 company was located across the EMEA region. Although they were already used to on-line meetings, Covid had created a “meeting tsunami” which was pushing them to the extreme with workdays stretching like an elastic band and work pressure piling ever higher.
Our Work:
Their annual meeting was the one time they all got together in person – but that wasn’t possible during Covid, so their leader asked Business4Good to create an engaging training with tips and tricks to fix their meeting woes. “I know my team! They’ll have very little patience for a training unless it’s short and really helpful!” That’s when our “Training Snacks” model was born.
