The Challenge:

Bertil asked for coaching when he realised, he was in danger of getting fired by the board. Tensions were high with power-struggles, conflicting agendas, internal politics and high-stakes new regulations for his industry. He wasn’t sleeping. He was stressed out. And had no-one to turn to: not his wife, not his colleagues… it truly is “Lonely at the Top”.

Our Work:

The board was so caught up in it’s power-struggles that there were unable to envision a win-win solution. Sometimes, this is only possible with the help of an external moderator.
